01Who we are

02What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you choose to give us — typically your name, the way you would like to be contacted, your travel dates, where you would like the vehicle delivered and any notes you add. If you go on to rent a vehicle we also collect the information required by law to complete a rental agreement, including driving licence and identification details.
03How the enquiry form works
This website has no booking database. The enquiry form simply composes a message in your own WhatsApp or email application, which you then choose to send. Nothing you type is stored on this website or transmitted anywhere until you press send in that application.
04How we use your information
We use it to answer your enquiry, to prepare and administer your rental, and to meet our legal and insurance obligations. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
05Who we share it with
Only where necessary: our insurers, and the public authorities where the law requires it — for example in the event of an accident or a traffic offence.
06How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a rental are kept only as long as they are useful in answering you. Rental agreements and their associated records are retained for the period required by Greek tax and insurance law.
07Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us at the address or email above and we will respond.
08Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and includes no third-party analytics. Fonts are the only external resource the pages load.
